General Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announced today that the President has made the following nominations:
Air Force Col. Daniel B. Fincher has been nominated to the grade of brigadier general while serving as director of staff, office of the judge advocate general, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
Air Force Col. Dixie A. Morrow has been nominated to the grade of brigadier general while serving as mobilization assistant to the staff judge advocate, Headquarters Air Combat Command, Langley Air Force Base, Va.
